How to log in and book
Step 1) Before you can book accommodation with us, you'll need to create a password for your NTU login. You'll need to enter your NTU ID (which is included on your course offer confirmation email). If you have already set a password, see the resetting instructions below.
Step 2) Log into the Accommodation portal.
Step 3) Click "Accommodation booking" from the menu bar to view availability and book a room in NTU/UPP accommodation.
Summer accommodation at NTU
Summer accommodation for current students
Current NTU students can now book summer accommodation in NTU/UPP halls from 17 July 2026 up to 05 September 2026. Summer accommodation is available in select halls/flats at City, Clifton and Brackenhurst campus.
Log into our Accommodation portal and click Student summer accommodation at the top of the page or from the menu to check availability and book.
Summer accommodation for external guests
If you are a non NTU student or external visitor wanting to book summer accommodation within our NTU/UPP halls, please select Summer accommodation at NTU from the side menu to view availability and make a booking.
Looking to book for a group of guests? Select Group summer accommodation from the side menu to submit an enquiry.
