Due to the 2026 UCAS results embargo, the NTU accommodation portal will be closed from 4.00pm on Thursday 6 August 2026 until 8.00am on Thursday 13 August 2026.
During the embargo the University is not permitted to communicate with our undergraduate applicants. Several university systems will be temporarily unavailable, including the NTU accommodation portal.
The NTU accommodation portal will re-open at 8.00am on Thursday 13 August 2026.
In the meantime, you can view and search accommodation options.
Postgraduate and returning undergraduate 2026/27 accommodation bookings
If you wish to book accommodation for 2026/27 and you are a postgraduate or returning undergraduate student, please call + 44 (0) 115 848 2894 or email accommodation@ntu.ac.uk with your student ID, preferred contract length, preferred hall and any additional preferences i.e. ensuite, parking etc.
Student summer Accommodation
If you require a new summer booking or an extension to a current summer booking, please email accommodation@ntu.ac.uk with your student ID, required accommodation dates, preferred campus and if you require parking.
