How to log in and book
Step 1) Before you can book accommodation with us, you'll need to create a password for your NTU login. You'll need to enter your NTU ID (which is included on your course offer confirmation email). If you have already set a password, see the resetting instructions below.
Step 2) Log into the Accommodation portal.
Step 3) Click "Accommodation booking" from the menu bar to view availability and book a room in NTU/UPP accommodation.
2026/27 accommodation for current students
Current students can now book accommodation at the City, Clifton or Mansfield campus halls for the 2026/27 academic year. Log in and click "Accommodation booking" from the menu to start an application and view availability. Students can also choose to create or join a Friendship Group to book with friends.
